45D slow-rebound memory foam — springier than 40D, softer-feeling than 50D. Press into it and it takes 3–7 seconds to rise back, so it settles around you instead of pushing back. A 21° curve follows the line from your head to your shoulders.

1Which sleep positions does it work for?

Back, side and front. On your back, the centre cradles your head and the curve sits under your neck. On your side, your shoulder goes into the cut-out and your arm rests on the arm-rest zone. On your front, you lie across the wide wings — all three are shown in the photos.

2Is it firm or soft?

In between. It's 45D memory foam — springier than 40D, softer-feeling than 50D. It sinks slowly under your head and takes 3–7 seconds to rise back, so it settles around you rather than pushing back.

3How high is it — and what if it's the wrong height for me?

It measures 65 × 35 × 14 cm (25.6 × 13.8 × 5.5 in). The front and back edges sit at slightly different heights, so you can turn it round and try the other one. And you have 180 nights to decide.

4What's the dip in the middle for?

It's a cradle for the back of your head. When you lie on your back, your head settles into it instead of rolling to one side.

5How long does it take to get used to?

A shaped pillow feels different from a flat one, so give it a few nights before you judge it. That's what the 180-night trial is for.

6Will it sleep hot?

The cover is an ice-silk knit that feels cool to the touch and lets air through. Memory foam holds more warmth than a fibre-filled pillow, so how cool it feels over a whole night depends on your room.

7Will it fix my neck pain?

We don't make medical promises. It's shaped to support your head, neck and shoulders, and you have 180 nights to see how you sleep on it. If you have an ongoing neck or back problem, ask your doctor or physio what they recommend.

8How do I clean it?

Spot-clean the cover with a damp cloth and let it air-dry. Don't put the memory foam in a washing machine. We're confirming with the maker whether the cover comes off for machine washing and will add it here.

9Will it fit in a pillowcase?

A standard pillowcase (about 51 × 66 cm) will go over it, but snugly, and it hides the shape. It's designed to be used in its own cover.

10Which colour is it?

Grey on top where your head goes, with white knit around the sides — exactly as in the photos. It comes in this one colourway.

11How much is shipping?

Every order ships tracked, and the cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. You get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

12What if it isn't for me?

You have 180 nights from delivery. Sleep on it for a season, and if it still isn't right, get in touch through the contact form with your order number for a refund — it doesn't need to be unused.
