How soft is it, really?

Properly soft — fluffy, light and easy to sink into, with a smooth matte shell that's gentle against your face. The tufts are embroidered into the fabric, not glued on, so there's nothing rough anywhere on it. If you want a comforter you pull up to your chin rather than one that just sits on top, this is that.

Will the colour match the photo?

Every colour on this page is the actual set photographed on a real bed, not a colour swatch. Screens vary, though, and the muted shades — Dusty Blue, Sage, Taupe, Lavender — are the ones people most often see differently from monitor to monitor. If you're between two, message us before you order and we'll describe it plainly. And if it arrives and isn't what you wanted, you have 180 days to send it back.

Is it warm? Is it heavy?

It's soft and fluffy rather than heavy — an everyday comforter, not a winter-weight duvet. Most people use it year-round and add a blanket in a genuinely cold room. If you want something weighty you sink under, look at the Mochi Mellow Cloud Comforter instead.

Do the tufts come off in the wash?

The tufts are embroidered into the shell, not glued, and the set is designed to be machine washed. Wash it on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low — the dryer is what lifts the tufts and the fill back up. Skip the dryer and it will come out flatter and take a while to recover.

It arrived flat and creased. Is that normal?

Yes — it ships compressed. Shake it out and give it a short tumble on low, or a day on the bed, and the fluff and the tufts come back. Creases go the same way.

Are the shams the same colour as the comforter?

Yes. They're cut from the same tufted fabric and come in the same box, so they match rather than nearly match.

Does it come with a sheet or pillowcases?

No — one comforter and two pillow shams. Shams are the decorative covers you see in the photos; you'll still use your own pillowcases under them if you like.

Which size do I need?

Twin for a single bed, Full/Queen for a double or queen, King for a king. If you like a deep drape over the sides, go one size up.

How long will delivery take?

Five business days, tracked on every order, with the shipping cost for your address shown at checkout. You get the tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

What if it isn't for me?

You have 180 nights. Sleep under it for a season and if it still isn't right, get in touch inside that window for a full refund — it does not need to be unused.
