Governing law
These Terms and Conditions, and every sale made through this site, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. If you are buying as a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away rights that the law of the country you live in gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation with your tracking number; until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or a payment cannot be verified. If we cancel, we refund anything you have paid in full.
You can cancel an order yourself for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched. After dispatch, use the returns process below.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Product prices do not include shipping; the shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Where the site shows a price in another currency, that figure is an estimate for your convenience; the charge is taken in US dollars and your card issuer sets the final exchange rate and any fees.
Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are your responsibility.
Shipping
Every order ships with tracking. The shipping cost is shown at checkout, and you will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees; if a parcel is significantly delayed, contact us and we will chase it or replace it.
180-day money-back guarantee, returns and refunds
You have 180 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund, for any reason. Bedding does not need to be unused or in its original packaging to be eligible. To start a return, message us through the contact form with your order number; we reply with a returns address and a reference number. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Return postage is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we cover return postage and replace or refund it. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return being received and checked. Items damaged through misuse, or altered from their original form, cannot be refunded. The full policy is on our shipping and returns page.
Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, using the specifications the manufacturer gives us. Colours can look different on different screens. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is sold as a treatment for any condition.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for anything that the law does not allow us to exclude, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
