Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping
Every order ships tracked. The shipping cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. You can follow it any time on our Track your order page.
180-day money-back guarantee
You have 180 days from the day your order is delivered to decide. Bedding isn't something you can judge in a shop, so we don't expect you to judge it in an afternoon. Sleep on it through a change of season. If it still isn't for you, we'll refund you.
Yes, used is fine. This is a sleep-on-it guarantee. You don't need to keep it sealed in the bag to stay eligible.
How to start a return
- Send us a message through the contact form with your order number and a line on what didn't work.
- We reply with a returns address and a reference number.
- Send the item back with that reference on the parcel.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Parcels that arrive without a reference number can't be matched to an order, and we may not be able to refund them.
Return postage
Return postage is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If the item arrived damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we cover the cost — that's on us, not you.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives and get in touch within 14 days if anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. A photo or a short video usually lets us resolve it in a single message. We'll replace or refund the item and cover return postage.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–10 days to post the funds to your account.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they haven't already been dispatched. After dispatch, use the returns process above.
Exceptions
We can't refund items that have been damaged through misuse or altered from their original form. Gift cards are non-returnable.
