1Which size should I get?

Regular (44 in) runs from under your arm to your knees and is lighter to move around. Plus (47 in) adds a wider base that curls down between your thighs and calves, so both legs are held apart, not just your knees. If your knees or hips are the reason you're here, get the Plus. If you mostly want something to hug, Regular is enough.

2Is it firm?

No — it is a soft, plush pillow you sink into and hug, not a hard wedge. It holds your arm and sits between your knees comfortably, but if you want a stiff block that props your legs up, this is the wrong shape. It is for people who want something soft to hold on to all night.

3Will it stay between my knees when I move?

Better than a straight pillow, because the curve sits around your body rather than beside it. It still moves with you if you roll all the way over — nothing stops that — and it is less likely to end up on the floor than a straight body pillow.

4Will my arm still go numb?
